NO-COOK SUMMER JAM RECIPES

Here is a blueberry & peach & apricot summer jam recipes.  They are simple as mash, mix, enjoy!

NO-COOK BLUEBERRY JAM

Prep Time: 25 min.

Total Time: 24hr. 25min.

Servings: 7 (1-cup/250-mL) jars or 112 servings, 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) each

What You Need:
4-1/2 cups prepared blueberries (buy about 6 cups blueberries)
5 cups granulated sugar
2 pouches CERTO Liquid Pectin
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Make It:
Crush blueberries, one layer at a time. Measure exactly 4-1/2 cups prepared blueberries into large bowl. Add sugar; mix well. Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.

Add pectin and lemon juice; stir 3 min. or until most the sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy. (A few sugar crystals may remain.)

Pour into clean containers, filling up to 1/4 inch from rims. Cover with lids. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.

Food Facts
No-cook jams can be refrigerated up to 3 weeks, or frozen up to 8 months.

How to Easily Crush the Blueberries
Crush blueberries, one layer at a time in bowl with potato masher. Do not process in food processor.

How to Accurately Measure the Sugar
To ensure accuracy of the sugar measure when preparing jams or jellies, use a dry measuring cup to measure the sugar, then place all the measured sugar in a separate bowl before adding it to the fruit mixture in bowl.

No-Cook Peach & Apricot Jam recipe is easier than you think.

What You Need
1 1/2 cups peeled, pitted and finely chopped peaches

1 1/4 cups unpeeled, pitted and finely chopped apricots

6 1/2 cups sugar

1/3 cup lemon juice

2 pouches CERTO Liquid Pectin

Make It
STIR together prepared fruit and sugar, mix well and let stand for 10 minutes.

STIR in fruit pectin and lemon juice. Continue to stir for 3 min. until most of the sugar is dissolved.

POUR into clean jars or plastic containers. Let stand at room temperature until set (may take up to 24 hours). Store in freezer, or if used within 3 weeks jam may be stored in refrigerator.
